inglorious bastards vs mircale at saint anna

both of theses films are made by two US film directors miracle at saint Anna was directed by spike lee while inglorious bastards was directed by  quietin tarantino. both a know for grousom and dark work but the industry prefers quietin tarantino as his films are a little less controversial than spike lee directed films because of this inglorious bastards was the film that had studio backing meaning that there was alot advertisement for inglorious bastards and more screening than miracle at saint Anna.

both genres of this film is that they are set during world war 2 and both protagonists from each respective films are male except for one exception and they are all in groups/teams such as the buffol soldiers from miracle at saint Anna and the bastards from inglorious bastards.

now for this comparison I will be splitting it into multiple parts such as story, female influence/female lead and box office rating and making at the box office.

now with that out of the way we now move on to the first section box office.
inglorious bastards had a budget of 75 million and at the box office alone it made 321.5million
 so you could say that is a profit. i beilve this massive profit was due to the famous and recognisable name brad pitt and even about the director quietin tarantino is a famous name to also get the backing by producers and the board to do this film as he is a very well known and respected director and does what the board says,

now miracle on saint Anna on the other hand is a different story it had a 45 million budget but bombed at the box office making only 9.2 million a huge lose I think this is due to the fact that the board dosent like spike lee very much this means that it would get less activity and less advertising and praise by reviewers in the audiences.
